Pâtisserie Hoffmann Cloche d'Or

I went towards the end of the work day so it was very quiet but the pastries I got were delicious!! I had a lemon meringue and a pistachio eclair. Can highly recommend!

Le gâteau était vraiment délicieux, très bien présenté et savoureux. L’espace est spacieux et agréable, parfait pour passer un bon moment. Le personnel est aussi gentil et accueillant. Je recommande !

One of my favorite bakeries in Lux! Great food quality and lots of options, whether salty or sweet, either for takeaway or to eat on the spot (also dehors). The restaurant side is also nice for a quick bite, great for work/informal lunches. Do not expect an actual restaurant with a menu a la carte, you just pick what’s already there in the display windows and they bring it to your table

Les prix dans cette boulangerie sont tout simplement exorbitants. Les viennoiseries ont exactement le même goût que dans n’importe quelle autre boulangerie au Luxembourg, sans rien de particulièrement exceptionnel. Mais 16 € pour une bretzel ? Rien ne justifie un tel tarif.

It's a great place with nice concept awesome food! Only one problem: working hours. Came Saturday 13:50 - they are already closed, even though it says"until 14:30" on the website. Also such a shame it's closed on Sundays. There are many people living in the area and nowhere to go to on Sundays. Maybe the owners can reconsider and stay open on Sundays too, as they do for other Hoffmann cafes.

Ce lieu est magnifique, où l'on peut venir boire un verre où manger une pâtisserie après une longue journée de travail. Je tiens à dire que le personnel est super souriant aimables et très sociables avec leurs clients/clientes. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Mélissa et Éloïse avec leurs magnifique sourire qui nous ont très bien accueillis.. Mercii à vous les filles ne changer rien .. Adorables, belles, souriantes .. je reviendrai

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning I visited this restaurant today with two of my colleagues, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member who took our order, Melissa, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was so off-putting that we decided to skip dessert and leave earlier than planned. At first, I tried to be understanding maybe she was having a bad day or stressed due to a busy shift. But later, while I was waiting in line to buy some bread, I saw her laughing and chatting politely with other customers. Yet, when it was my turn again, she went back to being cold and dismissive. It was very clear that her behavior changed based on who she was interacting with, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I make a conscious choice to avoid places where staff treat people differently based on how they look, and I will definitely not be coming back here. I’ll also be sharing this experience with others. I sincerely hope the restaurant management reads this and takes action to ensure that all customers are treated with equal respect and perhaps provide some training to Melissa on basic courtesy.
